Heinz to Home Delivery and Returns Policy


All our bundles are sent through Australia Post’s standard Parcel Delivery (Parcel Post) and should take between 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team. Our delivery fee is determined by your location and the weight of your bundle. Our system takes this information and determines the cost of delivery for your order which will be clearly stated at checkout. 

You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it has been dispatched. If you put in your mobile number when ordering you will also receive a text to confirm your delivery preference. If you don’t receive a text or respond to it, you will have to be home to accept the delivery or it will be taken to your nearest post office for pick up.
